Dalgona ice cream
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp coffee
- 3 tbsp hot water
- 250 gram whipping cream powder
- 250 ml milk
- 300 gms condensed milk
Instructions
- First take coffee, add hot water to it and mix it well
- leave it for 5 minutes
- now take a chilled bowl and add whipping cream powder, milk and prepared coffee mixture to it.
- whip until stiff pakes formed
- add condensed milk and whip for 2 minutes
- transfer it to the glass container and close the lids
- freeze it for 8 hours
- dalgona icecream is ready
