How to make noodles or chowmein
Making noodles at home is very easy. The main ingredients to make noodles or chowmein are noodles, garlic, veggies like capsicum, cabbage and sauces like soy sauce, chilli sauce. I generally load up my noodles with vegetables like carrots, beans, bell pepper and cabbage. Authentic chowmein recipe demands adding MSG as well, you can use it if you want to enhance the taste. The taste of noodles will be perfect if you use sesame oil, I generally don’t have it so I add sesame seeds in my noodles. Also you should be careful while boiling the noodles, always boil it until 90% cooked. While frying the noodles the heat should be high.
