Schezwan sauce
Ingredients
- 65 gram dry red chillies
- water
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1/2 cup garlic
- 1/2 cup ginger
- 1/4 cup celery sticks
- 1 cup chili paste
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 4 tbsp vinegar
Instructions
- To prepare schezwan sauce first, first take dry red chilies, cut it and remove seeds
- add it to the bowl and add warm water
- soak for 1 hour and blend it
- now add oil, garlic, and cook on high flame
- add ginger and stir continuously fry it
- add celery sticks and mix it
- now add the prepared chilli paste
- stir continiously for 2 minutes
- add salt and mix it
- add vinegar and mix it
- cover and cook for 2 minutes
- mix it well
- Schezwan sauce is ready
