Schezwan sauce

Ingredients

  • 65 gram dry red chillies
  • water
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1/2 cup garlic
  • 1/2 cup ginger
  • 1/4 cup celery sticks
  • 1 cup chili paste
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 4 tbsp vinegar

Instructions

  • To prepare schezwan sauce first, first take dry red chilies, cut it and remove seeds
  • add it to the bowl and add warm water
  • soak for 1 hour and blend it
  • now add oil, garlic, and cook on high flame
  • add ginger and stir continuously fry it
  • add celery sticks and mix it
  • now add the prepared chilli paste
  • stir continiously for 2 minutes
  • add salt and mix it
  • add vinegar and mix it
  • cover and cook for 2 minutes
  • mix it well
  • Schezwan sauce is ready
