tandoori paratha
Servings: 2 people
Ingredients
- 1 tsp oil
- 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
- 2 green chilies
- 1 tsp ginger
- 4 potatoes boiled
- 1 tsp amchoor
- 1 tsp salt
- coriander leaves handful
- 2 cups flour/atta
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp oil
- 1 cup water
Instructions
- To prepare tandoori aloo paratha first, add oil, cumin seeds, green chilies, ginger in a pan
- fry it for a minute
- now add boiled potatoes, and mix it well
- add amchoor, salt and coeriander leaves and mix it well
- let it cool completely
- now to prepare dough for paratha take a bowl and add atta/wheat flour, salt, and oil and mix it well
- add water and knead a soft dough
- take a small portion and roll it
- add the prepared stuffing
- cover and sael it properly
- dust some flour and roll it thin
- place it on the pan and cook on high heat
- turn the tawa and cook on the other side until done
- brush some ghee or butter
- tandoori aloo paratha is ready
