Ingredients
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 medium onion
- 1 tsp ginger paste
- 1 green chilli
- 1/4 tsp turmeric
- 1/3 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 cup cabbage
- 1 cup carrot
- 1/2 cup green peas
- 3 tbsp gram flour
- 1/3 cup bread crumbs
- 1/2 tsp chilli powder
- 1 tsp dry mango powder
- 1/3 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp cardamom powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 medium boiled potato
- oil
Instructions
- To prepare veg seekh kebab, first in a pan add oil, onion, ginger paste and green chilli and fry it until translucent
- add turmeric, garam masala and salt, and mix it well
- add cabbage, carot and green peas, cook till it becomes soft for 8-10 minutes
- take it out and let it cool
- add it to a blender and blend it
- now in a pan add gram flour and dry roast it until aromatic
- add the prepared paste and mix it well
- add it to a bowl and add bread crumb, chilli powder, dry mango powder, black pepper, salt, and boiled potato and mix it well
- apply oil on the palm and take a skewer
- take a small portion and paste it around skewer
- spread oil on the pan and place it
- grill kebabs from all the sides on medium heat
