Tawa pulao
Servings: 2 people
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp oil
- 2 medium onion
- 1 tsp ginger paste
- 1 tsp garlic paste
- 1 green chilli
- 1/2 capsicum
- 2 medium tomatoes
- 1/4 cup green peas
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp pav bhaji masala
- 3 tbsp tomato puree
- 2 cups rice cooked
- 1 tsp lime juice
- coriander leaves
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add finely chopped onions, green chillies and ginger-garlic paste to it. Mix well. Cook until onion becomes translucent.
- Add chopped capsicum, tomatoes and green peas to it. Mix well.
- Now add salt, pav bhaji masala and tomato puree to it. Mix well. Cook until everything becomes soft.
- Use a masher to mash the veggies.
- Now add cooked rice to it. Mix well.
- Add lime juice and coriander leaves to it. Mix well. Serve hot.
