Badam ke laddu recipe or almond laddu recipe is one of the healthy and nutritious laddu recipe prepared with almonds, jaggery and ghee as the main ingredients. It is also one of the festival laddu recipes prepared during Diwali and Navaratri in India. Badam laddu is also very easy to prepare also has greater shelf life than any other laddu recipe.

Ingredients
- 1 cup almonds
- 1 cup coconut grated
- 1 cup jaggery
- 3 tbsp ghee total
- 2 tbsp almonds
- 2 tbsp raisins
- 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper crushed
Instructions
- To prepare badam ke laddu, first add badam/almonds in a pan
- roast it for 5 minutes on medium heat
- transfer it to a blender
- now add coconut in the pan
- roast until it becomes dry and brown
- transfer it to a blender and let it cool
- now add jaggery and grind it
- add ghee, almonds and raisins in a pan
- fry until it becomes crispy
- add it to the mixture
- add cardamom powder and black pepper
- mix it well
- add ghee and mix it
- apply ghee on the palm
- take small portion and make laddu
- badam laddu is ready
