Ingredients
For roasting bread
- 2 tsp Oil
- 8 slices bread
For bread 65
- 2 tsp Oil
- 1 tsp garlic chopped
- 1 tsp ginger chopped
- 1 medium onion cubes
- 2 green chillies slit
- 1 capsicum cubes
- 1 red bell pepper cubes
- 10 curry leaves
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp green chilli sauce
- 1 tsp red chilli sauce
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tsp cornflour
- 1 tsp chilli powder
- 1 tsp Vinegar
Instructions
For roasting bread
- Heat oil in a pan and add bread slices cut into small bite size pieces.
- Roast the pieces until they turn crispy. Keep the bread pieces aside.
For bread 65
- In the pan, heat oil, garlic, ginger and fry for a few seconds.
- Add onion, green chillies and fry until translucent.
- Now add capsicum, red bell pepper and fry everything for a few minutes.
- Add curry leaves, salt, green chilli sauce, red chilli sauce to the pan.
- Prepare a slurry by mixing cornflour with water. Mix it well so that there are no lumps.
- Add the slurry mix, chilli powder, vinegar to the pan and mix it well.
- Mix the roasted bread with the prepared mixture and garnish with spring onion greens.
- Yummy and spicy bread 65 is now ready. Serve and enjoy!
