bread samosa

Ingredients

  • 2 tsp oil
  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1/2 tsp fennel seeds
  • 2 green chillies
  • 1 tsp coriander seeds
  • 1 tsp ginger paste
  • 1 cup green peas frozen/boiled
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp amchoor
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • 2 medium potato boiled and mashed
  • 1/2 cup coriander
  • white bread

Instructions

  • To prepare bread samosa first ad oil, cumin seeds, fennel seeds and green chillies in a pan
  • fry it for a minute
  • add coriander seeds, ginger paste and fry it a little
  • add green peas and mix it
  • now add salt, red chilli powder, amchoor, garam masala, and mix it well
  • add potato and mix it well
  • add coriander leaves and mix it well
  • let it cool
  • now take a white bread and roll it thin
  • cut it in a round shape using a round cuter
  • roll it again thin and cut it in half
  • apply water and make a cone shape
  • add the fillig and seal it properly
  • drop it in hot oil and fry until golden brown on medium heat
  • crispy bread samosa is ready
