Cauliflower Crust Pizza is actually a best replacement for flour base pizza. Especially for people who have Gluten allergy or people who look for gluten free food, its amazing. And surprisingly, this cauliflower crust pizza tastes really nice. To be honest when I was making it for the first time I wasn’t expecting any taste out of it, because I just love my original pizza crust, but when I tasted it, trust me it was amazing. It’s worth a try and its healthy too.

Cauliflower pizza
Servings: 2 people
Ingredients
For crust
- 530 gram cauliflower
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1/2 tsp garlic granules
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1 egg
- oil for greasing
For pizza
- 2 tbsp pizza sauce
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 capsicum
- 1 small onion
- 6-7 jalapeno
- 6-7 olives
- 3-4 cherry tomatoes
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 tsp chilli flakes
- 1 tsp oregano
Instructions
For crust
- To prepare cauliflower pizza first we need to prepare its crust and to do that take cauliflower in a grinder and grind it
- add it to a bowl and microwave it
- drain it using a muslin cloth, remove water
- transfer it to a bowl and add salt, oregano, black pepper, garlic granules, mozzarella cheese and egg
- mix it well
- apply oil on a parchment paper placed on a baking tray
- add the prepared mixture and spread a thin layer
- press and make it smooth and round
- now bake it at 250°C/482°F for 15 minutes
- crust is ready
For pizza
- apply pizza sauce on the prepared crust and sprerad it
- add mozzarella cheese, capsicum, onion, jalapeno, black olives, cheery tomato and olive oil
- Now bake it at 250°C/482°F for 8-10 minutes
- take it out and add some chilli flakes, oregano
