Cheese bombs
Servings: 4 people
Ingredients
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup sweet corn
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp chilli flakes
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- coriander leaves handful
- 2 tbsp corn starch
- 300 gram boiled potatoes
- flour/maida
- water
- bread crumbs
- cheddar cheese
- oil
Instructions
- To prepare cheese bombs first, add cheese, sweet corn, oregano, chilli flakes, black pepper, salt, coriander leaves, corn starch, boiled potatoes, in a bowl
- mix it well until it comes together
- now take flour in a cup, add water and mix it well to prepare a paste
- take a samll portion from the prepared mixture, flatten it and add a cube of cheedar cheese into it
- close it and seal it properly, roll to make a ball
- dip it in flour paste and bread crumbs
- freeze it for 30 minutes
- drop it in hot oil
- fry it on medium high heat until it turns golden brown
