Chilli cheese sandwich

Ingredients
- 2 green chilli
- 1 garlic
- 2 tbsp peanuts
- 2 tbsp bhujia sev
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp lime juice
- coriander handful
- 78 gram sweet corn
- 63 gram yogurt
- white bread
- butter
- cheese slice
Instructions
- To prepare chilli cheese sandwich first, green chilli, garlic, peanuts, bhujia sev, salt, coriander leaves and lime juice in a blender
- blend it and make a paste
- now add sweet corn, prepared chilli paste and yogurt in a bowl and mix it well
- now take white bread and cut off the sides and add butter and filling
- place another slice and apply butter and both sides
- place it on a pan and cook on low medium heat for 2 minutes on both sides
- flip and cook it and cover it for a minute
- chilli cheese sandwich is ready
