Crispy bread cones recipe is a snack recipe prepared with white bread and potato filling. It is one of the easy and quick snack recipe which is also a perfect snack for your tea time. Bread cones can also be a perfect replacement for samosas and kachori. This crispy bread snacks can also be a perfect party snack or starters which also goes well with any soft drinks.
In this recipe I have used White bread to prepare cones and I suggest you to use the same to get same taste and crispiness. You can also experiment it by adding different stuffing of your choice and enjoy. Bread cones snacks are truly party winners which everyone just love it. I had prepared this for my family gathering during this Holi and everyone was amused by it.
In this article I am sharing my bread cones recipe along with detailed step-by-step instruction with photos. though you can easily make a variation of it according to your choice of filling or stuffing but just make sure to seal and close the cones properly so that it wont break while frying.

Crispy bread cones
Ingredients
- 1 cup potatoes boiled and mashed
- 1/2 capsicum
- 2 green chilli
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp chilli flakes
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup processed cheese
- white bread
- bread crumbs
Instructions
- To prepare crispy bread cones, first take a bowl and add potatoes, capsicum, green chilli, salt, chilli flakes, oregano, black pepper and processed cheese
- mix it well
- now take a white bread slice and roll it thin
- cut off the sides and make square shape
- apply flour paste or water in the corners
- make a cone shape and seal it
- add the filling
- apply flour paste or water, close and seal it properly
- dip it flour paste and bread crumbs
- freeze it for 10 minutes
- drop it in hot oil
- fry until it becomes golden brown on high heat
- crispy bread cones are ready
