Crisp corn
Servings: 2 people
Ingredients
- 2 cups sweet corn
- 1 tsp salt
- 4 tbsp corn starch
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- 1 tsp amchoor/dry mango powder
Instructions
- to prepare crispy corn first take corn and boil them for 2 minutes
- add it to a bowl and add salt, corn starch
- mix it well
- drop it in hot oil and fry until golden brown on high heat
- take it out and add red chilli and amchoor and mix it well
- crispy corn is ready
