Dahi ke kebab
Servings: 5 kebab
Ingredients
- 1 cup hung curd
- 3 Tbsp gram flour/besan
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- 1/2 tsp chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder
- 1 tsp ginger paste
- 2 green chillies
- coriander leaves handful
- 1 tsp salt
- oil
- flour
Instructions
- To prepare dahi ke kebab , first in a bowl add hung curd, gram flour, garam masala, chili powder, black pepper, cinnamon powder, ginger galic paste, coriander leave and salt
- mix it well
- apply oil on the palm
- take a small portion of the mixture and roll it to make flat balls
- add flour and coat it well, remove extra flour
- now add oil on the pan and place the kebab
- fry until it turns golden brown on medium heat
- apply oil, keep flipping and fry from both sides
- dahi ke kebab is ready
