Eggless chocolate cake
Servings: 8 people
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup maida/all purpose flour
- 3/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup buter
- 1 cup sugar
- 12 tbsp condensed milk
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup boiling water
For icing
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- To prepare Eggless chocolate cake first, add maida and sift it in a bowl
- add cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and sift it
- mix it well
- now add buter and sugar in a bowl
- beat it for few minutes
- add condensed milk and beat until stiff peaks formed
- now add the prepared dry ingredients and mix it well
- add milk in batches and mix it well
- add hot boiling water and beat it
- transfer it to a baking pan
- tap to remove air bubbles if any
- bake it at 180°C /356°C for 40-45 minutes
- insert a tooth pic and if it comes out clean means done
- now for icing add whipping cream in a container and boil it
- add it to the chocolate chips
- mix it well
- refrigerate it for 30 minutes
- remove the upper part of the cake using a knife
- add prepared whipping cream mixture and spread it evenly
- refrigerate it for 30 minutes
