hara bhara kebab

Ingredients
- 4 potatoes boiled
- 75 gram spinach puree
- 175 grams grean peas boiled and blend
- 1/2 cup paneer
- 1 tsp ginger
- 1 tsp garlic
- 2 green chillies
- 2 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp chaat masala
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 4 tbsp corn starch
- 1/3 cup bread crumbs
- 3 tbsp peanuts crushed
- oil
Instructions
- To prepare hara bhara kebab, in a bowl add boiled potatoea and mash it
- now add spinach puree, peas, paneer, ginger, garlic, gren chillies, coriander powder, garam masala, chaat masala, salt, corn starch, bread crumbs, and peanuts
- mix it well for few minutes
- apply oil on the palm and take a small portion and roll it
- give it a kebab shape and add cashew in the centre
- drop it in hot oil and fry until golden brown on high heat
- hara bhara kabab is ready
