Thepla recipe

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup methi/fenugreek leaves
- 1 tsp ginger paste
- 1 tsp green chilli
- 1/4 tsp carom seeds
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp oil
- 1 1/2 cup wheat flour
- 1/4 cup curd yogurt
Instructions
- To prepare methi thepla first, add methi, ginger paste, green chillies, carom seeds, turmeric, red chilli powder, salt, sugar and oil
- mix it well
- add little wheat flour and mix it well
- now add all the flour and curd and knead it
- add curd in batches and knead a soft dough
- add oil and knead a little
- now take a small portion and dust some flour and roll it very thin
- Heat the pan and brush some oil
- cook it on medium heat
- flip it and brush some oil
- press and cook on both sides until done
- Methi thepla is ready
