Ingredients

  • 25 gram almonds
  • 1 tsp flaxseeds
  • 1 tsp sunflower seeds
  • 90 gram oats
  • 209 gram dates
  • 50 ml honey
  • 15 chocolate chips

Instructions

  • To prepare oats granola bar first, add almonds, flaxseeds, sunflower seeds, in a pan
  • roast it for few minutes
  • add oats and roast it
  • transfer it to bowl and let it cool
  • now add dates in a food processor
  • process it for few minutes
  • add it to a bowl and add oats mixture, honey
  • knead it for few minutes until it comes together
  • add a baking sheet in a tray
  • add the prepared mixture to it
  • press and flatten it
  • add chocolate chips and refrigerate it for 30 minutes
  • cut it in your desired shape
  • oats granola bar is ready
