Plain dosa
Servings: 2 people
Ingredients
- 3 cups rice
- `1 cup urad dal
- 2 tbsp methi seeds
- water
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp oil
Instructions
- To prepare plain dosa first, add rice, urad dal and methi seeds, in a bowl and wash it
- add water and soak for 4 hours
- now add it to the blender and grind it fine to prepare doa batter
- add little water and mix it well
- add salt and mix it well
- now cover it and leave it for 8-10 hours
- foam is formed and now mix it well
- now rub oil using onion on the pan
- sprinkle some water and add dosa batter on it
- sprea it thin and evenly
- add oil
- cover and cook for a minute
- plain dosa is ready
