Rava Bread or Semolina bread is one of my favourite breakfast recipe. Its so delicious and full of surprises. I never knew that bread can be made with such an interesting filling. I have used Sprouts in this recipe. You can check how to make sprouts at home here. And for especially kids, this recipe is the best.

Rava bread recipe
Servings: 2 people
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup semolina/rava
- 1 cup curd
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp water
- 1 medium onion
- cilantro handful
- 1 green chilli
- 1 small carrot
- 80 grams sprouts
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tbsp water
Instructions
- To prepare rava toast, add rava and curd in a bowl and mix it
- add salt and mix it for 10 minutes
- now add water, onion, cilantro, chilli, carrot and moong sprouts and mix it well
- add salt, oregano, chili flakes and water and mix it well
- now take brown bread and cut it in circular shape using a round cutter
- add prepared mixture on one side of te bread
- apply butter on the pan
- place the toast upside down
- cook it on medium heat for 3 minutes
- flip and coo for a minute
- rava toast is ready
