Rice kheer

Ingredients

  • 4 tsp ghee
  • 10 almonds
  • 10 cashews
  • 2 cups rice
  • water
  • 4 cardamom
  • 4 cups milk
  • 1 cardamom
  • rice
  • 1 cup sugar
  • saffron milk

Instructions

  • To prepare rice kheer first, wash the rice and add it to the food processor
  • process it and break it, do not grind very fine
  • Now add ghee, almonds, cashews, in a pan, roast it and take it out
  • now add ghee to the same pan and add rice and cook for 4 minutes
  • add water and cardamom and mix it well
  • cover and cook it
  • stir in between occasionally
  • add more water if required and cook 90%
  • now add milk and cardamom in a container
  • boil until it reduce to half
  • add the cooked rice, sugar and mix it well
  • add saffron milk and mash it a little
  • rice kheer is ready
