sabudana khichdi

Ingredients
- 1 cup sabudana
- 2/3 cup water
- 1/2 cup peanuts
- 3 tbsp ghee
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1/3 cup peanuts
- 2 green chilli
- 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
- 1 large potato boiled
- 2 tsp rock salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- coriander leaves
Instructions
- To make sabudana khichdi, first add sabudana in a bowl and add water and soak for 3 hours
- now in a pan add peanuts and dry roast it until it becomes crunchy and grind it fine
- now add ghee, cumin seeds, peanuts, in a pan
- cook for a minute
- add green chilli, red chilli powder and mix it well
- now add boiled potato and mix it well
- add rock salt and mix it
- add sabudana and prepared peanut powder and mix it well
- now add sugar, black pepper and lime juice and mix it well
- cover and cook for 2 minute
- give it a mix and add garnish it with coriander leaves
- saudana khichdi is ready
