sabudana vada

Ingredients
- 1 cup sabudana
- 2/3 cup water
- 1/2 cup peanut powder
- 2 tsp rock salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 green chillies
- 1/3 cup coriander
- 2 large mashed potatoes
- ghee
Instructions
- to prepare sabudana vada first add sabudana and water in a bowl and soak it for 3 hours
- now add peanut powder, rock salt, black pepper, green chilli, coriander, mashed potato, and mix it well
- apply ghee on the palm and take a small portion
- roll it and make it flat
- drop it in hot oil and fry it until golden brown on high heat
- crispy sabudana vada is ready
