Schezwan bread bombs-
Schezwan bread bomb is an Indo-Chinese snack recipe prepared with boiled potatoes, white bread and schezwan sauce as the main ingredients. This crispy delicious snack recipe is perfect for teatime or even as afternoon snack. this recipe is also one of the different and easy to prepare.
When I was preparing aloo bonda recipe, I thought to make a variation or different version potato pudding and hence I came out with this crispy bread bomb recipe. Because of bread and bread crumbs coated, it tastes crispier outside and spicy inside. You can also add other ingredients of your choice for stuffing or even you can try it with any other vegetables like cabbage or cauliflower.
I have prepared many snack recipes and Schezwan bread bombs is one of my favourite. I personally love to have it along with my tea. Even my whole family loves this snack during tea time. So I thought of sharing it today, give it a try and enjoy.
Serving-
- serve mild hot
- you can also serve it along with tomato sauce or mint-chilly chutney.
Important points-
- seal the bread properly before frying to avoid cracks
- do not over fry it

Schezwan bread bombs
Ingredients
- 2 cups potatoes boiled
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp chat masala
- 2 tbsp schezwan chutney
- handful coriander leaves
- white bread
- bread crumbs
Instructions
- First add boiled potatoes, salt, chat masala, schezwan chutney, coriander leaves in a bowl
- mix it well
- take white bread and cut of the sides
- dip it in water
- squeeze and remove the excess water
- add the stuffing
- roll and seal it properly
- roll it in bread crumbs
- now drop it in hot oil
- fry it on high heat until it turns golden brown
