Schezwan cheesy pockets

Ingredients
- 380 gram potato
- 2 tsp salt
- 3 tsp schezwan sauce
- white bread
- mozarella cheese
Instructions
- To prepare schezwan cheese pockets, first take boiled potatoes in a bowl and mash it
- now add salt, schezwan sauce and mix it well
- take white bread and cut off the sides
- roll it very thin in a square shape
- apply water on the sides
- add the filling and mozzarella cheese in the centre
- apply water and seal the sides
- drop it in hot oil and cook on medium heat until it turns golden brown
