Spinach corn quesadilla is a Mexican sandwich recipe, prepared with spinach, sweet corn and tortilla wraps. This delicious Mexican recipe is perfect surprise pack for your loved ones. Cheesy spinach corn quesadilla is also crunchy outside and cheesy inside which makes it more delicious and yummy
Generally quesadillas are Mexican originated taco or sandwich which consists of tortillas filled with cheese and also sometimes filled with any vegetables or meet. The traditional quesadilla has corn tortillas but even flour tortilla can also be used to prepare it. There are many variations are available nowadays and traditional quesadillas are being served in every Mexican restaurants world wide.
Delicious spinach corn quesadilla recipe is one of the variations of the quesadilla which is fries after filling it with cheese and corn stuffing. You can also try other vegetables like green beans, potatoes, cabbage, but it will definitely alter the taste.

Important points-
- do not over fry the wrap
- while preparing milk paste, keep stirring it and cook on medium heat only.

Spinach corn quesadilla
Ingredients
- 2 tsp oil
- 1 cup sweet corn
- 2 cup spinach
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp chilli flakes
- 1/3 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 1/2 tbsp flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1/3 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup mozarella cheese
- multigrain tortilla wrap
Instructions
- add oil and sweet corn in a pan
- fry it for 3 minutes
- add spinach
- cook until it becomes dry on medium heat
- add salt, oregano, chilli flakes and black pepper
- mix it well and take it out
- now add butter in a pan and let it melt
- add flour to it
- cook for 2-3 minutes on medium heat
- now add milk
- keep mixing it
- add black pepper
- becomes thick
- add it to the mixture
- mix it well
- add mozzarella cheese and mix well
- take a multigrain tortilla wrap
- spread the mixture on half of the part
- fold it
- apply oil on the tawa
- place the wrap on the hot pan
- add oil
- flip and cook both the sides
- your spinach corn quesadilla is ready
