Veg frankie roll

Ingredients
For dough
- 1 cup maida
- 1/2 cup atta/wheat flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp oil
- water
For stuffing
- 2 potatoes boiled
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp amchoor/dry mango powder
- 1 green chilli
- 1 tsp garlic granules
- mint handful
- 1 tsp schezwan sauce
- cabbage
- mozzrella cheese
Instructions
- To prepare veg frankie rolls first prepare dough take a bowl and add maida, atta, salt and oil and mix it well
- add water and knead a soft dough
- now take another bowl and add potatoes, salt, amchoor, garlic granules, green chilli and mint,
- mix it well
- apply oil on the palm and take a small portion
- roll it an place it on a hot pan
- fry from all the sides till golden brown on medium heat
- now take a small portion from dough and roll it
- roll it thin
- place it on a hot pan apply oil and cook it
- take it out and apply schezwan sauce and spread it
- add cabbage and prepared roll and mozzarella cheese
