Veg man-chow soup
Servings: 2 people
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp ginger
- 1 tbsp garlic
- 1/4 cup celery
- 1/2 cup cabbage
- 1/2 cup carrot
- 1/3 cup beans
- 2-3 mushroom
- salt to taste
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 3 tsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp chilli sauce
- 3 cups vegetable stock
- 4 tsp corn flour
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tsp vinegar
- spring onion handful
- oil
- boiled noodles
Instructions
- To prepare veg manchow soup first add oil, ginger and garlic in a pan and fry it for a minute
- now add celery and mix it well
- add carrot and cabbage and cook it for few minute
- add beans and mushroom and cook for few minute
- now add salt, black pepper, soy sauce and chilli sauce and mix it well
- add vegetable stocks and mix it well
- cook it for 2-3 minutes on high heat
- now in a bowl add corn flour and water and mix it well and add it to the soup
- add vinegar and mx it well
- boil until it becomes thick on high flame
- add some spring onion and mix it
- now in an another pan heat oil and add boiled noodles
- fry till golden brown on medium heat
- add it to the soup
