Veg manchurian

Ingredients
For manchurian balls
- 2 cups cabbage
- 1 cup carrot
- 1 tsp garlic
- 1 tsp ginger
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 4 tbsp flour
- 3 tbsp corn starch
For preparation
- 2 tbsp oil
- 2 tsp garlic
- 2 tsp ginger
- 1 small onion
- 2 tbsp corn starch
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp spring onion
- 1 tsp chilli sauce
- 1 cup water
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vinegar
Instructions
- To prepare veg manchurian first add cabbage, carrot, garlic, ginger, black pepper, salt, soy sauce, flour and corn starch in a bowl
- mix it well, add little water if required
- take small portion, roll it and prepare manchurian balls
- Fry it on hot oil on medium flame until it turns golden brown
- Now add oil, garlic, ginger in a pan and fry it for a minute
- add onions and fry until it turns translucent
- now take corn starch, add water, mix it and add it to the pan
- mix it well
- add soy sauce, spring onions, chilli sauce and mix it well
- add water and mix it
- now add salt and vinegar and mix it well
- add the prepared manchurian balls, mix and coat it well
- veg manchurian is ready
